Building Management System (BMS)
One system to control HVAC, lighting, access and life-safety monitoring in your buildings
A building management system that controls HVAC, AHUs and CRAH/CRAC units through DDC panels and brings lighting, access control, fire alarm and environmental monitoring onto one supervisory system for data centres, pharma plants and commercial buildings.

What the system does
Building services usually arrive as separate packages: HVAC controls from one contractor, fire alarm from another, access control from a third. Facility teams end up with several screens and no common record.
Our BMS uses DDC panels to control AHUs, CRAH and CRAC units and other HVAC equipment, and integrates lighting, access control, fire detection and environmental monitoring over BACnet and Modbus.
We design, manufacture and install the DDC and VFD panels ourselves, together with field sensors, cabling and trays, so one team is responsible from field device to supervisory screen.
- 01
AHU control
DDC control of AHUs with return air temperature and RH, G4/F7/F9 filter DP, blower DP, supply and mix air temperature, chilled and hot water valve position and VFD status.
- 02
CRAH and CRAC monitoring
Monitoring and control of data hall cooling units to keep temperature and humidity within limits.
- 03
DDC and VFD panels
DDC panels with controller, analogue and digital I/O modules, HMI and BACnet/Modbus over RS-485, and VFD panels with bypass switch and harmonic filters.
- 04
Lighting and access control
Integration of lighting control and access control so schedules, occupancy and access events sit in one system.
- 05
Fire and life-safety monitoring
Status and alarms from fire alarm control panels and fire dampers shown alongside HVAC, with fire damper status in AHU graphics.
- 06
Setpoints and alarms
Setpoint screens with high, low, warning-high and warning-low limits, with alarm history and trends for every point.
Across the automation layers
What the solution does at each layer of your facility.
L1 · Field
Installs duct temperature sensors, temperature and humidity transmitters, differential pressure sensors, fire and life-safety sensors, cabling and trays.
L2 · Control
Provides DDC panels and VFD panels for AHUs, CRAH/CRAC units and other HVAC equipment.
L3 · Supervision
Runs BMS graphics, setpoint screens, alarm handling and trends.
L4 · Enterprise
Feeds building data into energy reports, PUE monitoring and centralised monitoring.

What it means for operations
- One screen for building servicesHVAC, lighting, access and fire status are monitored from one supervisory system.
- Stable indoor conditionsDDC control and warning limits keep temperature, humidity and pressure within set ranges.
- Single point of responsibilityOne team delivers sensors, panels, cabling and software, which simplifies handover and support.
- Data ready for energy workBMS data feeds energy management and PUE reporting without separate metering projects.
Frequently asked questions
Can you integrate fire alarm and access control from other suppliers?
Yes, where those systems offer a BACnet, Modbus or similar interface. We monitor their status and alarms in the BMS while their own certified controls remain in charge of life safety.
Do you supply field devices and installation as well as software?
Yes. We supply and install sensors, DDC and VFD panels, cable trays and cabling, terminate and loop-check every point, then commission the system.
Is the BMS suitable for pharma facilities?
Yes. For pharma AHUs we provide the filter DP, temperature, humidity and pressure points required for cleanrooms, and the BMS can report into a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant monitoring platform.
Can an existing BMS be upgraded rather than replaced?
Often, yes. We assess the existing controllers and network and propose an upgrade or migration path that reuses sound equipment and replaces obsolete parts.
