How we work
We cover the whole automation pyramid, from the sensor to the boardroom
Most failures and gaps sit between layers: a sensor that never reaches the system, or an alarm that never reaches the person who decides. So we engineer all four layers and connect them as one accountable system.
Layer 1
Field: trustworthy measurement at the source
We select and install sensors, meters and actuators, then route, terminate and test every cable before commissioning, because every later decision depends on the first reading being right.
- Temperature, humidity and differential pressure sensors
- Energy meters and fuel level instruments
- Cable routing, termination and insulation testing
Layer 2
Control: panels we build and test ourselves
We design and manufacture control and power panels in our own facilities, program the PLCs and DDCs, and run factory acceptance tests before shipping, so panels arrive ready to commission.
- PLC, DDC and VFD panels
- MCC, PCC, APFC and medium-voltage panels
- DG synchronising panels
Layer 3
Supervision: live visibility and alarms that are never lost
We connect scattered systems to a central SCADA platform on redundant servers that shows values live, archives them, and escalates any deviation by email and SMS.
- Redundant SCADA and database servers
- Alarm and event management
- Historian and long-term trends
Layer 4
Enterprise: reports that stand up to an audit
We turn data into reports, dashboards and tamper-evident audit trails with electronic signatures and role-based access, aligned with 21 CFR Part 11.
- Data, alarm and audit reports in PDF
- Energy and PUE dashboards
- Validation documents per GAMP 5
Sectors
Solutions built around what your facility has to prove
A data centre is judged on uptime, a pharmaceutical plant on the integrity of its records, a factory on line efficiency. We start from that measure, then choose the system.
- 01Data centresEPMS, diesel fuel automation, DG sync, chiller plant and BMS on one redundant platform.
- 02Pharma & life sciencesCleanroom EMS, LAF, AHU BMS and door interlocks with Part 11 records, validated per GAMP 5.
- 03Industry & manufacturingPLC, SCADA and DCS automation, control panels and plant-wide monitoring for running plants.
- 04Power & utilitiesPower plant automation, HT switchgear, DG sync, EPMS and test facilities up to 33 kV.
- 05Buildings & infrastructureBMS, lighting, energy and chiller plant control for business parks, campuses and infrastructure.
Centralised monitoring platform
Every utility on one screen, every change on record
Our centralised monitoring platform brings environmental, building, utility and production systems into one redundant SCADA system, with an audit trail, electronic signatures and inspection-ready reports.
- Redundant by design
- Primary and secondary SCADA servers, replicated databases and a redundant industrial Ethernet ring.
- Tamper-evident audit trail
- Every change is logged with previous and new value, user, comment and timestamp.
- Dual electronic signature
- Setpoint changes require role-based access and verification by two signatures.
- Multi-channel alarms
- Instant alerts by email, SMS and messaging apps.

Frequently asked questions
What engineers ask before they start
What exactly does AMADSAS do?
We design, build, install and support automation, monitoring and power systems: centralised SCADA platforms, building and environmental monitoring, electrical power monitoring, diesel (HSD) automation and generator synchronisation, control panels and test benches. After handover we support the system under annual maintenance contracts.
Do you work with our existing systems or replace them?
We usually start by integrating with what is already installed, over protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA and Profinet, adding an independent monitoring layer without taking control. Replacement or upgrade happens only where an assessment justifies it.
Are your systems aligned with 21 CFR Part 11 for pharmaceutical plants?
Yes. The platform provides a tamper-evident audit trail, electronic signatures, role-based access and PDF reports with user and QA review blocks, and we deliver URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ and PQ validation documents per GAMP 5.
Where are panels built and how are they tested?
Panels are built in our own manufacturing units and tested at the factory under a factory acceptance test before dispatch, then tested again on site with continuity, insulation and loop checks before commissioning.
Which areas of Saudi Arabia do you cover?
We serve the whole Kingdom from our Riyadh headquarters, backed by our own design, manufacturing and commissioning teams.
